Looking for a unique and memorable experience for your next large group event (9+ guests)? Pouring candles is the perfect activity! See below for options and location-specific details, and submit your information here to reserve your space today!

Table Reservations

Larger groups of 9 to ~16 guests* are welcome to reserve table seating in our main retail space during shop hours. There is no additional cost for this option, only the cost of candle pouring and beverages. There is a 25% group discount (buy three, get one free). Beverages (alcoholic or N/A depending on shop) can be purchased to enjoy while pouring candles, but we cannot accommodate any outside food or drink or any other decor / gifts / etc.

Please allow ~90-120 minutes to pour your candles, followed by two hours for your candles to cool. Click here to learn more about the candle-pouring experience.  

* More than 16 guests may be accommodated based on location and availability. Larger groups may also be hosted in waves throughout the course of a few hours. Please inquire for more details. 

Private Event Space

Our Carmel, IN location features a Private Event Space that can be rented 7 days a week, perfect for hosting your next birthday party, bachelorette party, wedding / baby shower, team building event, and more! We do not currently have a private event space in any of our Ohio shops, but it's in our future plans!  

  • 10-20 guests 
  • $200 per hour rental fee, minimum of 2 hours, must include all set-up / tear-down time
  • Candle pouring and beverages priced separately and not included in rental fee
  • 25% group discount applies (buy three, get one free)
  • Outside food is welcome, as well as decorations, gifts, etc. Beverages must be purchased from our drink menu (beer, wine, mimosas, and non-alcoholic options available) 

Full Shop Rental

Looking for a space to host a larger group? The entire shop can be rented out for a private event during the week, Monday - Friday (Friday PM through Sunday PM excluded). 

  • 20-80+ guests (large groups may be hosted in waves)
  • Rental fee: $250 per hour (Downtown (IN), Short North and Worthington (OH)) $500 per hour (Carmel (IN), Grandview (OH)) minimum of 2 hours, must include all set-up / tear-down time 
  • Candle pouring and beverages priced separately and not included in rental fee
  • 25% group discount applies (buy three, get one free)
  • Outside food is welcome, as well as decorations, gifts, etc. Beverages must be purchased from our drink menu (beer, wine, mimosas, and non-alcoholic options available)

INDIANA

CARMEL

Our Carmel location can accommodate up to 20 guests in a luxe private space to host your event. This space is the perfect spot for your next birthday, bachelorette party and baby shower celebrations!

Additionally, you can reserve the entire shop for a private event during the week, Monday - Friday. We do not host private events Friday PM - Sunday. This option is available for gatherings of 20-80 people and the shop will be closed to the public during your reservation.

DOWNTOWN 

Our Downtown Indianapolis location is available for full rental of the the entire shop for a private event during the week, Monday - Friday. We do not host private events Friday PM - Sunday. This option is available for gatherings of 20-40 people and the shop will be closed to the public during your reservation.

OHIO

Our Columbus, Ohio locations are available for full rental of the the entire shop for a private event during the week, Monday - Friday. We do not host private events Friday PM - Sunday. This option is available for gatherings of 20-40+ people (location dependant) and the shop will be closed to the public during your reservation.
