COVID-19 Procedures

We are working to provide the best and safest experience we can for our customers and employees when we started a phased in reopen plan on May 16, 2020. During this time we have modified our procedures to ensure more time, cleaning and overall care is given to help stop the spread of COVID-19 and keep everyone safe. In addition to state and federal guidelines and procedures we are also committing to:

-Reducing our occupancy to 50% of our normal capacity with no reservations greater than 6 people.

-Reservations are encouraged for the pour your own experience and walk-ins will be accepted with availability on a first come - first served basis as distancing measures permit - reserve a spot on yelp at the following link. To shop our already crafted candles you can walk-in and shop our candle wall.

-Scheduling an additional 15 minutes in-between reservations to allow for disinfecting of all oil bottles, spoons and spaces used to create your custom blends.

-Requiring our staff to wear masks and also use sanitizer or wash hands after each guest.

-As per Indiana state requirements masks are required entering our store and walking in common areas. You can remove your mask when your party is seated.

-Asking each guest to wash hands before and after pouring.

-We are no longer accepting cash payments. We accept all credit and debit cards and contactless payments are preferred with Apple Pay or a similar touch-less credit card methods as we have a contactless reader.

-Asking employees and guests to please stay home if they are feeling sick.
