Custom Blend Candle - 16 oz. Standard

I ordered a custom candle during the spring and just asked them to make me a custom blend off of a couple of suggestions and I was not disappointed with what they sent. Other candles cannot compare with the way these ones burn and the amazing fragrance that they emit.

I was so excited to try a custom blend and also slightly hesitant. I ordered strawberry jam, vanilla, and whipped cream. I did NOT receive a scent blended from what I ordered, what I received was so much BETTER! In the custom section when picking my scents I noticed they suggested I put the feeling I was trying to invoke with my candle. I asked for a candle that was reminiscent of strawberry pound cake that is fruity, creamy and softly vanilla that's not overly sweet.
When the box arrived I was excited and ripped open the bubble wrap and was filled with dread, the bottom of the candle said "strawberry jam, vanilla, oven baked bread". I was instantly riled up, THIS WAS NOT WHAT I ORDERED! Then I opened the lid and I was stunned, it was EXACTLY THE SMELL I WAS LOOKING FOR! The problem was I didn't know that combination was what I should have ordered. They could have simply just sent me the mix I ordered, instead they took the time to fully read my request, understand what I was really looking for and then used their expertise to craft the perfect embodiment of my desired scent. It was such a testimant to their attention to detail and the care they take to get thier product right.

I highly recommend putting thought into your custom blend request. Tell them what feeling or memory it is you want from the candle and they will deliver it spot on even if, like me, you didn't know exactly how to get there.

And yes, this has become our home's signature scent!

I love penn and beach. Have purchased many candles as well as been to store and poured my own. I am frustrated to see my candle wick too close to edge leaving wax build up.
