    Nice fragrance, broken lid

    Love the scent- balsam,cranberry, and first snow. Sadly, one of the four lids was cracked on the outer edge upon arrival. Packaging was undamaged, so I believe it was placed in the box after the lid cracked.

    Great blend but there’s soot

    I love the blend of scents. Will likely order more of the diffusers. While I love the smell of the candles I have to stop using them because they create a lot of soot. It’s bad for my lungs and has stained some of my furniture.

    The soot you describe is not standard or normal for our products, and should not be your experience when burning our candles. There are a few things you can do to minimize soot, including trimming your wick and not burning your candle more than 3-4 hours at a time, amongst other things (check out Candle Care 101 on our website).     Not Too Shabby

    You all did a great job! My only two complaints would be that the base smells strongly of hand soap. The other is that the wick burns quite black and releases a rather dark smoke.

Your candle should not be smoking - please make sure to follow Candle Care 101 on our website and trim your wick every burn (or every 3-4 hours)!
