# Shipping Policy

## Processing Time

All candles are hand-poured to order. Please allow **up to 2 business days** for your order to be poured, cured, packed, and shipped from our warehouse. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

During peak periods (holidays, promotions, and sales events), processing may take longer. We'll note any expected delays on our site or in your order confirmation.

## Shipping Time

Once your order leaves our warehouse, transit time depends on the shipping method you select at checkout — estimated delivery windows are shown there before you complete your order.

Transit time begins after your order has shipped, not on the date it was placed. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

## Weather & Heat Advisory

Because our candles are wax and heat-sensitive, extreme temperatures during transit can cause melting, softening, or warping. We are not responsible for damage caused by weather conditions once a package has left our facility. If you're ordering during warmer months or live in a warm-climate area, consider selecting expedited shipping to minimize transit time.

## Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged or broken, please contact us at **hello@pennandbeech.com** within **7 days** of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We'll work with you on a replacement or refund.

Minor cosmetic variations (such as slight wick or label shifting) that occur during transit are not considered defects.

We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer at checkout, or for delays, loss, or damage once a package is in the carrier's possession — though we're happy to assist with filing a carrier claim.

## Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

## International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only.
