Custom Gift Cards

Purchasing the gift card online was an easy process! In the store the employee struggled to get the qr code from my phone and had to write out the long number on a pad of paper and manually type into the iPad point of sale. She said something about their gift cards being difficult. Not a big deal but seems like it needs work on that end.

Being able to custom sign and print out a gift card is highly convenient

I ordered a gift card to give as a Christmas gift. I never received it, even though I was charged for it. I called the store, they told me they could not help me and told me to contact the corporate office. It's now been almost 3 weeks and no one has gotten back to me. Very dissappointed with the customer service.

The purchase was smooth. No problems.
