Custom Labeling
Both the front and bottom of your candle can be affixed with custom labeling via professional printing and application methods. You can incorporate your logo, special messages, and unique designs, and you can also get fully private labels without Penn & Beech being mentioned. For those who really want to make a mark, we also offer custom painting and printing services from a trusted vendor, should budget and timeline allow.

In-Shop Scent Development
If you live near Columbus, Ohio or Indianapolis, feel free to swing by our shop for an in-person scent consultation. You'll work one-on-one with one of our scent experts who will walk you through the process of creating your own custom-scented candles that best capture your desired vibe. We’ll help you create up to 3 custom scent blends and let you take them home for testing. The entire in-shop process takes about 60 to 90 minutes, along with two hours for candle curing time. We also allow up to four guests to attend, and we recommend keeping your group small to ease decision making.

Remote Scent Development
Not in the Columbus or Indianapolis areas? No worries! Our team is on hand to help you create custom private label candle scents through our remote option. First, you’ll want to speak with our scent experts to land on the exact types of scents you’re looking for, with the more specifics the better. Then, we’ll put together 3 to 5 sample candles and ship them out for test burning. We can also do a second round at no extra cost in case any tweaks are needed, because we want you to love your candles!

Front / Side Label
We recommend prominently displaying your company’s or organization’s logo on the front or side of the vessel to have the most impact. You can also craft a special label just for your unique candle, featuring information on the fragrance blend alongside branding.
Most logos look great printed on a clear label placed on a white vessel. Some may look better printed on a colored background. Depending on the vessel you choose, other label types may need to be considered and sourced at an additional cost. For example, amber vessels look nice with white text on a clear label, while black vessels look best with matte finish or textured labels. Please note, these labels are usually sourced from specialty printers and may add cost and timeline to your project.

Bottom Label
The standard design of our bottom label features a co-branded approach that can be personalized with your brand name, candle name, scent information, and more. We also welcome fully private label candle designs where the bottom label matches the front label or your branding, or uses another approach.
