If you’re interested in a private event space, the cost will be $200 per hour, with a minimum of 2 hours including all setup and tear-down time, suitable for 10–20 guests. For a full shop rental, rates vary by location: Fishers, Grandview, and Short North (Columbus) are $250 per hour, while Carmel and downtown Indianapolis are $500 per hour.
Can we bring in outside food?
In our main retail space, if you’re reserving a table, we cannot accommodate outside food or drinks, nor any other decorations, gifts, or similar items. However, if you’re renting our private event space, outside food is welcome, as well as decorations, gifts, and other personal items.

How long does the candle-making process take?
Allow about 90–120 minutes to pour your candles, and about 2 hours for curing afterward. Many groups will grab dinner or drinks nearby and return to pick up their candles later, or arrange pickup options with the shop.
